Refund Policy

At Apna Savings, we aim to ensure that your shopping experience with our partner stores is rewarding and reliable. However, as a facilitator between users and merchants, we follow the policy below regarding refunds.


1. Cashback and Coupon Policy

  • Cashbacks are non-refundable once credited to your wallet/account.

  • Cashback is only applicable after confirmation from the partner store and successful completion of the transaction.

  • Coupons once redeemed or used cannot be re-issued or refunded, even if the transaction is cancelled.


2. Product or Service Refunds

As Apna Savings does not sell products or services directly, we are not responsible for:

  • Product returns or service dissatisfaction

  • Delayed, damaged, or defective items

  • Service interruptions or cancellations

For any product- or service-related refunds, users must contact the respective merchant/store directly. Refunds will be governed by the store’s individual return and refund policies.


3. Incorrect or Failed Transactions

If any cashback has not been credited due to a technical error, or your payment failed but was debited:

  • Please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction.

  • Valid proofs such as transaction ID, screenshot, and merchant invoice may be required.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method or Apna Savings wallet within 7–14 working days after verification.


4. Order Cancellation

If an order is cancelled directly with a merchant:

  • Any cashback associated with that transaction will also be reversed.

  • Apna Savings will not refund or replace used coupons for cancelled transactions.

6. Policy Changes

This Refund Policy may be updated occasionally. Continued use of Apna Savings after such changes implies your acceptance.
